Expected graphics cards

Kestrel runs best with a graphics card. This is what we expect to support:

NVIDIA: GeForce RTX 3060 and up: 30, 40 and 50 series, with 8 GB or more.
AMD: Radeon RX 6700 XT and up: RX 6000, 7000 and 9000 series.
Apple: Apple silicon Macs.
No graphics card: It also runs on the processor alone, more slowly.
