This website is run by Atheron Network Inc. ("we", "us"). The company's details are at the foot of every page. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

ATON Kestrel and everything about it on this site, including the live build, the Kestrel Eye, the thinking feed, chart explanations, the diary and the blog, is information and education. None of it is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Kestrel trades on paper only until launch, for everyone. Paper results are not real trading: real trading has costs, delays and risks that paper results may not show. Past results, paper or real, do not tell you what will happen next. Crypto-assets are volatile and you can lose all of what you put in.

The live pages show the build as it happens, a few seconds behind, and may be incomplete, delayed, paused or wrong. Estimates of when a step will finish are estimates. We may change, pause or stop any live page at any time.

Exam results, model cards and version notes describe how a version was tested. They are not a promise about how it will perform.

Kestrel vs the crowd is a free game. No money is staked, nothing is bought or sold, and no prize is awarded. Scores are worked out from a public exchange price and may be corrected if that price is wrong. Choose a nickname that is not your email, not someone else's name and not offensive; we may remove a nickname or a call without notice.

Votes on what Kestrel learns next guide our plans but do not bind them. We may close or reset a vote.

Joining a waitlist or the alerts list needs your email address, which we confirm with a link first. Joining a waitlist does not reserve anything, set a price or promise that a product will launch. You can leave any list at any time from the link in every email.

Products shown as coming, such as the Kestrel API and the desktop app, and prices shown for them, may change before they open. Each comes with its own terms when it does.

Use the site lawfully and as our acceptable use policy describes. Do not try to break, overload, scrape at a harmful rate or get around the protections of the site, its forms or its games.

The site, its words, pictures, marks and typefaces belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may quote it with a link, and use the press kit as it says. Atheron, ATON and ATON Kestrel are our names and marks.

The site links to other sites and services, such as the trading app, the developer portal and exchanges. Their own terms apply there, and we are not responsible for sites we do not run.

The site is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on anything on it, including any trading or investment decision. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under a law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

We may change these terms. Each change is a new version with its date, and earlier versions stay readable on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes are heard by the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
